We are looking for a committed, motivated and focused individual who works well with and sees value in a team environment. You must be detail oriented, discipline and self-starter. The successful candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills. The individual must also be able to prioritize, multitask, be diligent of deadlines and work well under pressure. You should be accountable professional, proactive, confident in taking initiative and able to problem solve. This is a part time position that can lead to a full time position.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast paced administrative role with the ability to problem solve and a high level of attention to detail with impeccable professional standards
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Word/Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain client relationships and expectations.
- Must be a quick learner and open to learning new ways of doing things
- Knowledge of marketing and social media experience is an asset
- Real estate experience is an asset
