Administrative Assistant is accountable for contributing to the efficient operations of EHS Services by providing timely and accurate confidential
Grade 12 plus graduation from an approved Office Education training program. Medical Terminology.
Three to five years experience in an administrative support position. Ability to effectively manage a large volume of work within a team environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be proficient in the operation of word processing and spreadsheet, power point and other programs necessary to support a large range of services.
Excellent interpersonal, public relations, organizational skills and attention to detail. Self motivated with the ability to work independently
and exercise sound judgment under pressure. Ability to effectively manage a large volume of work within a team environment. Typing speed of 65
This position will be based at the Regina General Hospital and may also provide support to the other Employee Health & Safety Offices. Please
