Embarking in a new direction, Regency Advisory Corporation was founded in 2006 by a group of independent Financial Advisors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support growth of business through generating leads and closing sales of new groups.
  • Actively generate leads through the support of Regency portals, as well through independent efforts
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Assist in the preparation and present new group contracts
  • Introduce Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) and Retention Specialists (RS’s) to new groups and facilitate the development of the client/Regency relationship
  • Prepare quotations and requests for proposals for leads/opportunities
  • Perform renewal duties with the assistance of administration and customer service representatives
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives in the provision of client service
  • Promote the Company’s products, services and brand through attendance of public and community based events
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and meet target Key * Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as set out by Management
  • Utilize the Company CRM system as set out by Management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track Record of achievement in Sales, and Account Management Experience.
  • Valid Driver’s licence and Reliable Vehicle – There is a need to be mobile and work in different locations as required.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
  • Organized and strategic mindset to work in a coordinated and efficient manner so that results are achieved within deadlines, to the required quality standards and cost effectively
  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Provision of own IT equipment including mobile phone and computer
  • Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Innovative
  • Team spirited and desire to contribute to overall organizational success
