We’re looking for a part-time (3 days per week) Canadian Finance Officer, to support Givergy in Canada, with full time opportunity possible in the future. This role has an immediate focus on payable’s, with plenty of opportunity for development and growth.

Skills Required:
 Use of Accounting Software (Microsoft Great Plains) an advantage

 AP creation and posting of batches

 Bank reconciliation and Credit Control for Canada

 On-line banking (BMO)

 Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

 Keeping audit trails of all banking inputs and outputs

 Accounting to trial balance for Canada

 Filing & Submitting Provincial & Federal taxes

 Producing management reports as required

 Processing local payroll in preparation for ADP payments

 Reporting into UK finance team

The successful candidate will be based in our Calgary head office. This part time position will have a starting salary of $30,000 per year.
