The Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma program is seeking an experienced instructor who can teach our Robotics course. Learners in this course will study robotics as a convergence of electrical & mechanical engineering, computer science, control theory and automation; and learn robot applications, types, tools, programming, drive systems, object detection, safety, communications and specifications.

As an Instructor in the School of Trades & Technologies, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with others to develop and enhance the program delivery provided to our students. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering required;
  • Industry experience and knowledge of technologist role
  • Experience and expertise in the Robotics field, applicable to this course

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary teaching or course development experience in related field preferred
  • Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering is an asset
  • or proceed with Standard Application Form.
