-Assist our clients in the design, development, and implementation of a records management program, policies, and systems that are consistent with our client’s direction and mission
-Development and implementation of a functional classification and retention schedule that following our client’s vision
– Research, implement, and maintain an electronic database management system (EDMS) to ensure the support for the core business functions
– Ensure that the necessary statutory reporting requirements are in place (i.e. legal, financial, tax, health, safety, and environments ect.) to ensure corporate obligations are successfully achieved
– Oversee the daily operations of the information management department
-Consult records management solutions to clients and shareholders
Qualifications and Education:
– 8 plus years of related records or information management experience
– Post secondary education with an undergraduate degree in business, records management, or related studies; professional education and/or training or certificate in privacy, records management, archives, or information management
– Knowledge of document management systems (Livelink, Sharepoint, Documentum, or similar applications)
– Strong time management and organizational skills
– Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Highly motivated and innovative
– Able to work in a team or individually as required
