SHIFTS: Weekdays: MON – FRI 5:00 – 9:00 PM Weekends: SAT 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, SUN 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM JOB DESCRIPTION: * Answering phone calls while controlling

Weekends: SAT 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, SUN 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering phone calls while controlling switchboard
  • Taking messages and page Agents accordingly
  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Typing Offers
  • Uploading MLS Listing
  • Daily office work including fax, scanning and email
  • Other duties as necessary

SKILLS:

  • Speak, read, write English
  • Must be able to speak Cantonese (plus Mandarin is an asset)
  • Computer skills (Quick Office Commander, EasyOffer, Microsoft Word & Excel etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism
  • Muilt-tasking
  • Able to work individually also as a team
  • Willing to learn and positive attitude
