ounded in 1974 by Robert C. Risley, a professional engineer by trade who saw the need for better restaurants in Halifax.We now operate 6 unique restaurants and 4 catering spaces in the core of downtown.

The Facilities Technician is an excellent opportunity to improve hands on skills in many of the trades. Successful candidates will work daytime,evenings and/or weekends.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Preventative Maintenance of the facilities and it’s equipment;
• Respond to emergency situations, as required;
• Identify, repair and replace equipment, as necessary, to ensure safe and efficient operations;
• Work cooperatively with facility staff and external contractors in the safe operation of the building; * Hands-on light maintenance duties such as painting, moving furniture, and minor repairs;

Requirements Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred;
• Knowledge in building systems and operations (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, hardware, security, appliances, HVAC,ect);
• Valid drivers license with a clean abstract.
