  • This is a 12 month maternity leave replacement contract Role Strategic Intent: This position is a Secaf and System Access Administrator, responsible for onsite premises, Asset Management, EUC reporting and BCP coordination for the Risk Operations Collections Centre. As the Centre of Expertise and initial contact for site, provides Operational Support and co-ordinates issue management process ensuring communication to appropriate management team members, service partners and National Office. The incumbent utilizes strong technical and operational knowledge of day-to-day site operations to gather, track, report and distribute service quality standards (e.g. Client Service Commitments) and other related Centre statistics and reporting requirements. Through LSS (Lean Six Sigma), cause and effect analysis, accurately identifies efficiency and effectiveness gaps/opportunities and proactively seeks out continuous software solutions to enhance Business productivity and gain cost efficiencies. Key Accountabilities: Provides consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments (CSC’s) Proactively identifies and recommends solutions to recurring errors and service gaps; acts as a referral point/Subject Matter Expert on Operational issues for Collections employees Takes ownership and accountability for the resolution of complex issues and concerns at the first point of contact; demonstrating a long-term perspective in addressing business concerns. Knowledge/Experience: Considerable knowledge of CBO Risk Operations Collections. Identifies revenue growth through cost efficiency gains and focusing on other opportunity spotting initiatives Knowledge of related systems applications TS2, CACS, Sales Platform, OLBB, OLMS Aptitude of working under tight timelines, high volumes and quick decision making Required Skills: Bilingual in French and English at a professional level in both languages Operations experience Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills. Well organized and prioritizing skills Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines and takes full accountability for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities and tasks. Work schedule: Hours are from 8am to 4pm however flexibility is required for the full business hours of operation: 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
