What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in New Westminster, BC is looking for an experience Associate to join their team. You will support a growing and successful Investment Advisor’s business by providing clients with exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner. The successful candidate should have brokerage experience and be fully licensed.
Please not this is a contract position covering a maternity leave.
What will you do?
Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriate
Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports
Utilize contact management system for daily task management
Provide world class client service to our valued clients
What do you need to succeed?
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in the investment field working as an assistant/associate
Have completed CSC and CPH
Exceptional client service skills
Attention for detail
Excellent command of the English language
Knowledge around Dominion Securities systems an asset
Good understanding of bond, preferred share and equity markets
