What is the opportunity?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide executive level support to the Regional Operating Officer and Regional Manager – Advisor Enablement. You must be organized and flexible; and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is results-oriented and partnership oriented.

What will you do?
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Regional Office focusing on the activities which contribute to the achievement of client experience and business objectives including composing and preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Manage on-boarding new hires or transfers
Prepare and approve expenses according to delegated authorities
Coordinate meeting arrangements (setting up conference calls, scheduling meeting rooms, arranging reservations / catering, etc.)
Recommend and implement action plans to enhance operational routines in the Regional Office
Distribute mail and coordinate courier service as needed
Act as backup to other department staff members as required
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
3 plus years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals simultaneously in a corporate environment
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask; ability to prioritize work assignments while managing conflicting priorities and requests
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships at all organizational levels
Ability to take initiative and function independently while working in a team oriented environment
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Social Media web platforms

Nice-to-have
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in the Financial Services sector
