Rangle transforms how companies create software. As an Operations Coordinator at Rangle your priority will be to support the organization and the people at Rangle.
YOUR IMPACT
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll be part of a growing team that is redefining what it means to design and develop products using Lean and Agile principles in a seamless way. You will work with all departments across the organization, including client services, marketing, finance, delivery and creative. Leveraging the successful relationships you will build across these departments, you will help us identify and implement how we can make our business more efficient and maintaining the positive and collaborative culture we create for our staff and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track and report on company assets
  • Assist in the implementation of enterprise platforms for the benefit of our teams
  • Support the resourcing process via accurate and timely reporting
  • Identify process gaps and barrier to productivity and work to alleviate them
  • Provides assistant to the Executive such as coordinating meetings, processing expense claims etc.
  • Assisting in preparation and collection of company related data for presentation to the Executives
  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature in a professional and discrete manner
  • Clearly summarizes meeting notes for internal meetings and distributes to the team
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments (e.g. Creative, Delivery, HR and Finance)
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, webinar, email, and in-person meetings

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong people skills, team player
  • High standard of professionalism and business ethics
  • Ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills both orally and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow up skills
