Randstad Staffing, Canada’s #1 Integrated Staffing firm is actively recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to work with one of our highly established clients in downtown Halifax. This CONTRACT position is estimated to begin as soon as possible and will run for approximately ONE month. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for assisting with varied aspects
• Scheduling
• Patron/Stakeholder relations
• Coordinating all meeting agendas
• Recording and tracking directives
• All other duties as requested
• On Bus Route
• Paid Weekly + 4% Vacation Pay

• High School completion and a relevant post-secondary diploma, coupled with at least five years of progressively responsible related experience in a senior administrative setting, preferably in government
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment and will be required to anticipate priorities, often under tight deadlines.
• Must possess strong organizational abilities including attention to detail and accuracy to ensure documents are tracked, formatted, and edited properly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
