This role will include developing new methods for customers to be involved in services, supporting the office staff, delivering community projects and sorting the documents.

We’re ready to grow our Office Team with talented, ambitious individuals who enjoy tech, fun and are ready to knuckle down for this exciting role.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.

Duties:

Sorting/printing the documents;

Meeting performance expectations;

Responding to customer communications via Phone and Email;

Providing detailed information to customers;

Maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy in work;

Working cross functionally with other departments;

Able to managing own time and productivity effectively to meet service requirements;

Providing reports to your personal Manager;

Working shift: 9 AM – 6 PM (Mo – Fr).

You must have the following skills:

Works well with a team environment;

Computer literate, including Microsoft Office programs i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel;

Excellent communication skills;

A candidate must be proactive;

Must be confident and courteous on the telephone and be able communicate effectively;

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
