We are looking for a temporary full-time Administrative Assistant for our client specialized in commercial and residential real estate (Media). In this 6 – 8-week mandate, you will be supporting the President and his Management team.

Main Duties:

  • Greet clients
  • Perform secretarial tasks
  • Organize events and calendars (meetings, room bookings, reservations, etc.)
  • Manage stationery and office supply inventory
  • Perform all other related duties

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingualism (French/English), both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of software – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook
