Job brief

We are looking for a pleasant Guest Service Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all guest and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making, while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

  • Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience
  • Must have a flexible work schedule
  • Flexible schedule
  • Task-driven individual

Responsibilities:

  • Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
  • Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
  • Handling cash payments
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
