INSTALLATION COORDINATOR

Provident Security is a Vancouver based company looking to fill a 1 year contract position (possibly leading to permanent position) as an Installation Coordinator with our Installation Team.

We install and service top of the line security and home automation systems to a predominately residential client base. You will be the primary administrative and scheduling contact for all of our installation jobs. You will ensure that every Provident installation is set-up for success by obtaining all the required permits and paperwork and managing the efficient deployment of Provident resources by scheduling the right person for the right job.

This is a unique position that will work closely with our Technical Services Team Manager, our Technicians, our Sales Team and our Controller. From scheduling the installation to billing the job you will play a major role in the onboarding of a new client. From supporting our Technical Team Manager to recommending solutions for our clients to reporting grade of service to our Controller, this position is the glue of our Installation Team.

Additionally this position will manage our Kerrisdale showroom, greeting clients and visitors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience scheduling people and jobs
• Self identify as a Technophile
• Hyper organized
• Detail oriented
• People person
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Take pride in doing a job correctly the first time
• Ability to troubleshoot and find the best solutions for our clients
• Previous Alarm Industry experience and asset but not required

Salary and Benefits:

• Hours of work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
