Job Description:

Develop, build and deliver go-to-market activations for Instagram as an emerging advertising platform, with a heavy emphasis on Media & Creative Agencies; Create programs that can be used by sales teams to generate new business, educate clients, and engage clients on innovative ways to use Instagram to achieve their industry-specific business objectives ; Develop innovative and creative marketing programs to drive outcomes that scale ; Work directly with both the Instagram product, marketing science and business teams as well as Facebook global business marketing and team to align messaging, marketing materials, etc. ; Work directly with Facebook sales teams to align marketing materials and activations with Instagram’s advertising growth ; Work with global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and programs

Skills:

Deep understanding and experience working within the Media and Creative Agency landscape; Comprehensive understanding and advocate of the business value of Instagram; Bachelors degree ; 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, web technology companies, strategic consulting and/or advertising working with global brands or agencies ; Expert in marketing strategy, messaging and content development ; Superb cross-functional, project management and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization ; Outstanding communication skills (proven written communication skills) ; Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive marketing programs ; Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to our marketing campaigns ; Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
