Welcome to Frontline Action! Newfoundland’s premier action sport service and equipment provider. Over the past 18 years Frontline Action has provided Paintball, Laser Tag, Reball, SplatMaster and Airsoft in a clean and safe environment. With both Indoor and Outdoor facilities; Frontline Action is able to provide their services to kids and adults of all ages (5 years and up)!

Position Abstract

As a Pro Shop Attendant with Frontline Action you work within a fast paced, customer service driven environment. You are self-motivated and self-driven to manage day-to-day sales objectives and general shop maintenance without having to be supervised. You find learning new things easy and want to achieve new heights every day. In the past you have worked in a sales role and often found yourself going above and beyond the call of duty. You have an understanding of the equipment and services we offer or are interested in researching/learning about it.

At the end of day, you are an Action Sport Expert in the eyes of each and every customer! Your outstanding knowledge and expertise has provided everyone with a fun and exciting experience they are sure to remember!

Responsibilities

The general responsibilities of a Pro-shop Attendant include but are not limited to:
 Assist customers looking to purchase new gear, equipment and equipment upgrades
 Answer Frontline Actions main phone while providing excellent customer service and taking bookings
 Organize product displays and product display cabinets
 Maintain a clean and hazard free environment for both customers and employees
 Work with various computer driven technologies

What we are looking for

Not everyone is cut out for this job and we want to ensure we can provide customers with the highest level of service as well as have employees who can advance and grow within the organization.

 Candidates must have either knowledge of one or more of our main services including Paintball, Airsoft, Camping/Outdoors and/or have previous retail experience
 Candidates must be able to work within a fixed schedule as well as be flexible for shift work
 Candidates must have reliable means of transportation
 Candidates must enjoy working with and talking to customers
