Priority is pleased to present a full-time temporary opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with our client in the Fredericton area. This role provides administrative and support services to all staff members in a small office setting, with a particular focus on document production. The successful candidate will be well organized with a strong attention to detail and customer service orientation. This temporary opportunity will be approximately three months in duration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage reception of all clients in person and over the phone.
  • Answer phone and provide general information
  • Receive and send couriers
  • Maintaining databases
  • Electronic filing

The successful candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in an administrative position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong typing, proofreading and formatting skills
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
