First Phase Data Ltd, a 30+ year successful computer supplies/equipment company, is seeking a Printer/ Computer Technician to provide quick and timely response to our customer requests. The individual will assist customers in software, hardware and networking issues in the print and IT area. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and an understanding of computer networks and software programs and have a good knowledge of today’s computer technologies and be eager to stay current. They would require to be detail-oriented, mechanically savvy, be able to troubleshoot issues, have strong communication, customer service skills, have a current driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
