CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – 3 MONTHS

Pay: $18.04/hr

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 – 5:00

The Client: Top 5 Bank

Job Summary : The main function of a Service Officer is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data. A typical Service Officer is responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management. Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.

Responsibilities: Account balancing GL , Excel , data entry , account reconciliation , investigation on merchant transactions , client investigating on credit card , email money transfers .

Qualifications:

  • Accuracy of data monitoring 3yrs
  • Banking 1 -2 yrs
  • Account Balancing 3yrs
  • Data Entry 3yrs
  • Account reconciliation 2yrs
  • Bilingual – French/ English 3 yrs
  • Excel 3yrs
