PrecisionHawk seeks a part-time Shipping and Receiving Associate to support the growth of our rapidly expanding company. This is a temporary, part-time position based in our Richmond Hill, ON office. We are a venture capital-backed high growth technology company with an enterprise platform that uses advanced drone technology to collect and analyze data to improve business intelligence. In 2016, the World Economic Forum recognized us as a Technology Pioneer and we presented our research at the White House as part of the Federal Aviation Authority’s Pathfinder program. What You’ll Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will be responsible for the shipping, receiving, and delivery of equipment while maintaining inventory records in a fast paced environment. Specific responsibilities include:

• Receiving, unloading, and organizing equipment as it arrives in the office
• Verification of quantity and quality of order against supporting documents
• Packaging and preparation of shipment documents for domestic and international shipments
• Contacts transport companies to expedite, trace, or return merchandise as needed
• Keep accurate account of inventory
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quarterly accounts

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented in tracking of shipments and inventory
• Knowledge of inFlow or MRP is preferred but not required
