SYNOPSIS OF POSITION: As a leader in two-way radio communications and systems integration we are currently seeking service and installation technicians to join our growing team. We offer a competitive compensation based on education and experience as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO: Provide two-way radio communication component setup including programming and preparation of equipment for installation, routine maintenance and repair of two-way radio systems, including portables and mobiles, repeaters, base stations and trunk systems. The successful candidate will be performing in shop bench work and programming, building installations and maintenance, and vehicle installations. Through our service department, you and the team will continually strive to improve our relationship with clients, prospects, and company personnel.


  • Certified Electronics Technician (C.E.T.) Certificate or Electronic Engineering Technology (E.E.T.) Diploma or willingness to acquire is an asset.
  • At least two years of combined electronics education and hands-on experience an asset.
  • Two-Way Radio experience is desired.
  • Quick learner and ability to demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
  • Good mechanical and electronic aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with others, computer proficiency (MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Strong organization and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • General knowledge of telecommunications equipment, tools, systems and applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to job sites.

You must have the ability to work various hours on occasion outside of our standard work hours from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
