General Overview: Planet Organic Market is looking for a motivated, excited Deli Associate to join our team as we grow and focus on future goals. As a Deli Associate, you have an eye for detail and quality and you are a leader who has strong communication skills, but would rather “show” than “tell.” You are a team-member with knowledge in, or passion for the Organic Food Industry. Join us and lead a team to success!

Deli Associate Qualifications:

• Relevant Deli experience in retail is an asset – preferably Organic/Health foods
• Has a passion for the success of the Health Industry
• Customer Service is important to you

General Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchasing, receiving, merchandising, rotation and display of products to achieve optimum conditions.
• Assist in achieving Deli objectives as set by Planet Organic Markets
• Maintain Deli standards as set by Planet Organic Markets
• Maintain accountability for actions in Deli
• Ensure focus on superior customer service
• Staying abreast of Deli industry knowledge
• Teamwork and cooperation efforts
