Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation Group is currently recruiting for
the position of Project Administrator . The overall

responsibilities for this position include:
Responsibilities & Attributes:
Project Managers with setting up projects and conducting conflict of interest

Project Managers with the preparation of proposals and other project

Ordering of regulatory and historical information and reviewing City
Directories for Phase I ESAs

Arranging utility clearances prior to Phase II ESA work

Co-coordinating timely completion and delivery of reports, letters, etc. in collaboration
with other Group Project Assistants

Project Managers in the coordination of portfolio work

proposals and reports and ensuring they are ‘Client ready’ prior to issuing

Following up with Project Managers to ensure the
project management cycle follows the predetermined schedule

Assisting Project Managers, as required, with
Pinchin’s Project Execution Procedure (PEP)

Project filing and upkeep

Copying, binding, faxing, and managing

Coordinating meetings both internally and with

Other project related administrative duties, as

Minimum three to five years
of experience in an Administrative role,
preferably in an equivalent position in an environmental consulting/engineering firm

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

Candidates must be able to work well in a team
environment and shall possess a high level of oral and written communication
skills and organizational skills which are essential to the position

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Vision
accounting/project management software will be considered an asset

Valid driver’s license with sufficient insurance, and
access to a vehicle will be considered an asset
