Our Business:

We build intuitive business tools that enable member based businesses, like gyms or yoga studios, to schedule customer appointments, invoice for services, track attendance, monitor an individual’s progress, target customers with promotions, and more. We help these community-oriented business leaders manage the marketing and operations of their facilities, allowing them freedom from their back-office and deeper relationships with their community members (customers).

Job Description

The PerfectMind team is in hypergrowth mode as we continue to take the world of membership management software by storm. We have an amazing group of people and are looking for the right person to help us grow our content library, refine our brand, and communicate with clients, customers, and other stakeholders. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Copywriter who will create attractive online material to promote our brand and product.

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft copy for client-facing and internal emails including monthly newsletters and nurture emails
• Author e-books, whitepapers, case studies, infographics and blog posts
• Write brochures, sales data sheets and other marketing print collateral
• Write/update well-crafted, conversion-optimized copy for our corporate websites and landing pages
• Develop and maintain components of our brand guide and work with other departments to maintain brand consistency
• Act as the PerfectMind media contact for PR inquiries and work with our 3rd party PR agency on a regular basis
• Contribute to the development of our quarterly content/editorial calendar
• Work with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Coordinator to track performance of assets created
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

The Ideal Candidate:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or the equivalent
• You have 1+ years experience preferably within a fast paced high tech environment
• You are a self-starter, take accountability for your work and can balance multiple projects
• You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• You are achievement-oriented and enjoy challenges
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with little direction
• You are a strong writer able to communicate clearly
• You can craft fluid, elegant copy, and adapt to different writing styles and audiences
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other Office applications
• You are familiar with marketing automation software (ex: HubSpot, Marketo)
• You are ready to provide writing samples upon request
