Job Summary

We have an opening for a Supported Child Development Assistant for a permanent part-time position offering 24 hours per week in Penticton. The function of the SCD Assistant is to provide supplementary staffing support to ensure that children with support needs are able to fully participate in the child care settings chosen by their families.

Qualifications and Skills

Certificate in child development such as Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, Certified Education Assistant, Bachelor of Education or a combination of related child development training and experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.47 /hour
