YOUR ROLE
Assist our New Home Sales Consultant in managing clients through the purchase, selection, construction, and post-occupancy process of building a new home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be trained to perform the following:

  • Professionally greet potential clients to our Sales Centre, as well as manage the phone
  • Answer basic questions while gathering client information to be used as future follow-up by the New Home Sales Consultant
  • Develop a strong knowledge of all Park Royal Homes products and requirements for all areas
  • Ensure filing is maintained, including promotional material
  • Assist the New Home Sales Consultant with related paperwork, including Purchase Agreements and client selections
  • Maintain a clean, inviting Sales Centre and showhome

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding people skills, professional, detail-oriented, well organized, and good computer skills. Reliable transportation and security clearance is required.

LOCATION/HOURS/PAY STRUCTURE Showhome location is in Aspen Trails in Sherwood Park. See website @ www.parkroyalhomes.com for map. Showhome hours are 2:00 – 8:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 12:00 – 5:00 PM on weekends and holidays. This position consists of 15 – 20 hours per week – one or two weekdays (flexible) and most weekends. $14 per hour plus bonuses.
