1 day a week in our office in Coal Harbour beginning mid April and 2-3 days the week of May 22 and May 29-31sr including day of at the event….

We are planning a large industry conference at the Vancouver Convention Centre on May 31st, 2017. An extra pair of hands needed in mid-april.

We require a very organized individual with experience in managing events. Computer proficiency required. Good communication skills with executive level individuals.

1 day a week in our office in Coal Harbour beginning mid April and 2-3 days the week of May 22 and May 29-31sr including day of at the event.

Some of the tasks including:

- Making a master e-vite list for mail chimp based on previous years and names we provide

- Helping coordinate with hotel, convention centre and other vendors e.g. printer, graphic designer

- Helping coordinate communication with speakers and attendees

- Sourcing speaker and sponsor gifts

- Day of support as needed

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
