Supervises and mentors Slot Attendants, providing instruction, assigning duties, and evaluating performance while participating in slot attendant activities
Oversees corrective feedback, human resources, safety and recruitment needs of team
Supervises Slot play and jackpot settlement; handles player outcomes and slot machine irregularities
Keeps up to date with company policies and procedures, provincial and local regulations for casino operations
Collaborates with team members, participate in casino and marketing initiatives and promotes events
What You’ll Require
1 year experience in a supervisory position or an equivalent combination of education, and experience
1 year experience as a Slot Attendant an asset
Supervisory/management/leadership training an asset
Successful completion of courses/training required by regulators
DealUs In (Phase 1) and Reel Facts VLT training (In Alberta)
Ability to pull, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lbs ; may push, pull or move objects up to 50lbs (as applicable)
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
