Coordinate basic customer queries – customers running late, re-bookings, course queries

You must be eligible to work in EU

Polite & friendly telephone manner

Strong communication skills; ability to simply explain technology and have deep customer empathy

Excellent knowledge of Dutch (native speaker)

Fluency in English International leisure, travel and tourism company Temporary project until October with possibility to be incorporated permanently
Full time position, 39 hours/week, from Monday to Friday
Salary: 18.500€ gross/year
