As a member of this team, you will be responsible for: • Underwriting of real estate investment opportunities (acquisitions/dispositions) in both asset and corporate level structures including, performing asset and market due diligence;
• Assistance in the valuation of Oxford’s existing portfolio as well as provide asset management related analysis and commentary on an as needed basis;
• Supporting the transaction review process including the review of global transaction approval submissions, financial analysis and related underwriting models for all transactions and developments;
• Assistance in the global and regional strategic planning process;
• Participate in the research, analysis, reporting and execution of strategic and risk initiatives;
• Preparation of memoranda and presentations;
• Insightfully discuss and interpret results, identify key investment considerations and risks;
• Periodically assist Oxford’s global offices in London, UK and New York, US with financial analysis; and
• Help develop the technical skills and real estate knowledge of the Analyst team

To succeed in this role, you: • Have a minimum of 3 to 6 years work experience in a real estate, private equity, investment banking or a professional advisory firm
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning or Engineering
• CFA and/or professional accounting designation considered an asset
• Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), with advanced knowledge of ARGUS DCF and ARGUS Enterprise considered an asset
