Why join us? We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Calgary to support Bow Valley Square. In this role, you will support the Property Management team in the day-to-day operation, providing outstanding service to our tenants and customers.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for: • assisting in establishing and maintaining superior customer relations with tenants through tenant visitations, tenant communications and customer service programs and 310Maxx quality control.
• assisting with coordinating the completion of landlord’s work and vacancy preparation and assist with leasing requests associated with vacant space.
• overseeing tenant move-ins and move-outs, organize tenant recognition (Welcome/Renewal/Expansion) as required and plan, coordinate and execute tenant events.
• assisting in budget preparation, monthly and quarterly variance reporting and revenue analysis, and provide supervision and support to the property administration team to ensure customer payments are made on time.
• working with Property Managers to coordinate and supervise various third party contractors that provide services to the complex ensuring appropriate tenant communication.
• managing Green Team and site Sustainable Intelligence requirements, assist with LEED EB submissions, BOMA BEST and BOMA Certificate of Excellence processes, and documentation as required.

To succeed in this role, you: • have a minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management required
• have obtained a post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
• have achieved or are pursuing an RPA and /or CPM designation
• have strong skills in multi-tasking and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
• have demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
• are familiarity with LEED EB submissions, BOMA Best and BOMA Certificate
• have excellence processes and documentation skills
• have strong Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required, basic Knowledge in JDE preferred
• are an excellent communicator, both written and oral
• have exceptional interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants
