10 Things You Should Know About This Video Production Internship:
1. We, OutMatch, are a fast growing health news organization, managing the social media campaigns for some of the internet’s fastest-growing health websites. We started our life as a digital marketing agency 2 years ago.
2. You will learn about the video production tricks of the trade, and learn about some of the strategies we have used to build some of the fastest growing health sites out there.
3. You will work with a team of extremely passionate and dedicated people who love their jobs. Some of them even have beards.
4. You will learn all about creating animated and video content that viewers love and framing it in such a way that it will generate the most interest possible.
5. Your hours and workload will be completely flexible, but the more you put into the internship, the more you will get out of it. Tell us what you want to learn and we will do our best to help you build that skill-set.
6. You will not be doing any typical demeaning intern-work like coffee runs or stapling stacks of papers. We will have you supporting on projects you actually find valuable in some way.
7. You will be working out of our office in Liberty Village and from home. You are welcome to use the company office as much as you want.
8. This is a 3-month unpaid internship. Many of our previous interns have gone on to acquire great positions after their internship or have become actual employees of OutMatch.
