Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Clerk/Admin Support, based in Halifax, Windsor and Sydney, Nova Scotia.
- Under general supervision the position requires the incumbent to perform a variety of assignments requiring knowledge and understanding of established methods, procedures, acts, rules and regulations while making choices regarding most appropriate work method and exercises judgement in their application.
- Duties may include; administrative support, preparing & filing correspondence, preparing expense claims, maintaining office supply inventory & petty cash, distributes inter-office mail and answering inquiries (telephone & in person).
Skills & Experience
- Moderate years experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
This is a contract position.
The rate for this position is negotiable.
