A busy spa in Vaughn and Richmond Hill is looking to fill a full time receptionist position.

You will be responsible for:

~answering the phone, forwarding calls, making reservations, taking messages and providing information as required;

~greeting clients;

~making tea and coffee;

~informing staff of guest(s) and monitoring wait time;

~cashing out clients and balancing the till at the end of the day.

~maintaining track of inventory levels and providing support to customers and stuff.

The ideal candidate will have FLUENT communication in BOTH ENGLISH and RUSSIAN (other languages – big BONUS), having SALES and customer service experience, friendly, professional and responsible individual.

Full training is provided.
