Our client, a highly respected and internationally recognized law firm, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Legal Assistant for their Calgary office! What you will be doing in this role!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Partners and Junior Associates. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to continuously changing priorities.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Management and Coordination of international travel and calendaring Managing department expense reports
Correspond and follow-up with various levels of management
Additional duties as requested
What you should ideally bring to this role!
The successful individual must have experience supporting more than one individual at a time, preferably supporting Senior Management/Executives in a legal environment. The ideal candidate should be a professional with a good sense of humor.
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid work ethic and flexible
