Our 24 hour call center (Vancouver) is currently looking for 2 call center agent for a 12 hour shift.
4 days on, 4 days off on variance.
Shifts available:
12:00pm – 12:00am with two half hour meal breaks.
2:00pm – 2:00am with two half hour meal breaks.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Answer customer calls, capture on computer the appropriate information, follow through on the specific protocols; transfer calls, relay verbal messages, deliver information via email, text message, fax etc.

  • Afterhours dispatch.
  • Dictations.
  • Strong administrator/office skills.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
  • Computer literate.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum with 90% accuracy.
  • A strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Have a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in team environment and self-motivated.
  • MS Office knowledge a plus.
