*6 month contract assignment in Winnipeg, MB Canada

*Hours: 8:00 – 4:30
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience as an Office Administrator.
- College diploma in office/business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office.
- Friendly, excellent communication skills and professional.
- Proven organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Screen and forward telephone inquiries to appropriate staff member.
- Greet and direct all establishment visitors.
- Provide information to callers on an as-needed basis.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare courier packs and outgoing mail
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Provide support to the administration staff such as data entry, filing and other clerical duties.
