*6 month contract assignment in Winnipeg, MB Canada

*Pay rate: $15.00/Hour

*Hours: 8:00 – 4:30

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience as an Office Administrator.
  • College diploma in office/business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office.
  • Friendly, excellent communication skills and professional.
  • Proven organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Screen and forward telephone inquiries to appropriate staff member.
  • Greet and direct all establishment visitors.
  • Provide information to callers on an as-needed basis.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare courier packs and outgoing mail
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Provide support to the administration staff such as data entry, filing and other clerical duties.
