As a member of this team, you will be responsible for: • Working with product development and testing team members to deliver OMERS application system testing results with quality and efficiency.
• Develop, modify, and execute test automation scripts.
• Working with QA team members on QA internal process improvement initiatives
• Prepare maintenance and testing documentation.

To succeed in this role, you: • University program in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics preferred, other University program in information systems discipline will be considered.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong consulting and problem solving ability.
• Strong willingness and independent attitude in learning new things.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving software development team environment
• Work experience in areas such as relational databases and Unix shell scripting. Knowledge in Java and automation will be a big plus.
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle and development methodologies. Knowledge of financial or pension system will be an asset.
