Role Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Sales, the Director, Corporate Partnership Services is broadly responsible for leading and managing all service activities supporting the organizations Corporate Sales Department. The Director, Corporate Partnership Services will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize revenue through the creation and delivery of partnership solutions.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize revenue through the creation and timely delivery of partnership solutions:
    • New Program and new inventory development
    • Provides detailed information to Sales Reps on sponsorable programs within Marketing, Community Relations, Foundation and OEG Events.
    • Research Plan
  • Oversees the implementation and servicing of all sponsor contracts
  • Oversees the traffic management of all corporate sales inventory, including digital, broadcast, signage and activations
  • Manages the CRM process, IPTV process, customer communication platforms and content of sales presentations for corporate sales

  • Manages the preparation and distribution of year end partner summaries and fulfillment reports
    • Determine if we are using the right vendors to get the summary and fulfillment information we need to support the sales and service staffs in their reporting to the client.
    • Responsible for timely and quality Channel 1 Video Recaps
    • Responsible for timely and quality Channel 1 Recaps
  • Plans and manages client hospitality program and client gifting program
    • Develops annual Partner Service Plan for approval by VP
    • Research and Development of best practices at other teams
    • Responsible for Sponsored trips planning, structure and execution.
  • Participates in the development of annual Corporate Sales business plans
  • Develops departmental budgets for approval by VP
    • Operating budget
    • Program budgetPrepares regular status reports for VP, Corporate Sales
  • Recruits, trains, supervises, motivates and evaluates partnership service staff
  • Creates and monitors detailed service and “touch point” plans for each individual service specialist.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Five years of experience in marketing, sales, management or sponsorships
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field is required
  • Marketing experience at a management level or experience as a Senior Account Manager is required
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple platform and CRM software
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of corporate Canada
  • Experience working with both sales and marketing functions
  • Collaborative leader who excels in building successful teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Superior planning, organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly
