OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a talented Receptionist to undertake a temporary assignment with a well-established Real Estate company in Surrey. The Receptionist will act at the main contact point for all visitors coming to the office and will the first face of the company for staff and clients. Responsibilities for this Receptionist position include:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly fashion, ensure reception and office is tidy
• Handle Surrey office’s Conveyancing Faxing from the reception desk
• Scan deals for input when required
• Approve invoices for supplies and services – ensure invoice accuracy before forwarding to Head office
• Order office supplies when necessary
o Real Estate Board forms and stationery
o Coffee, tea, and kitchen supplies
o Toners, consumables, and photocopy paper
• Prepare the Daily Email
o Daily email containing general news and information pertaining to the Surrey and Langley offices.
• Monitor office equipment – fax machines, binding machines, multi-function equipment, call for service when needed
• Receive/arrange courier services through a regular courier company
• Receive/distribute/page realtors with incoming faxes or mail
• Assign mailboxes
• Offer coffee or tea to clients, if needed
• Phone system coordinator – call for service if required, train and set up new realtors with voicemail To be eligible for this exciting Receptionist role, the ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience managing multi-line phone systems in a similar role. Stellar organizational and multitasking skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word are essential for this engagement. The successful candidate will also have a typing speed between 45-60 WPM, strong customer service skills in addition to excellent verbal communication skills. The chosen candidate will be warm and friendly with solid interpersonal and time management skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
