Our Client in the Oakville area is currently in need of an Marketing Assistant for a medium term opportunity. This opportunity will be approximately 5 months in length. Our client is a local company with an excellent team of individuals to work with. As the Marketing Assistant you will be supporting a great team. Your responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks, supporting the Marketing and Creative Teams in the promotion and execution of promotion programs.
As the ideal candidate for this Marketing Assistant position will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role. You should have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You should also be proficient in using other programs such as internet browsers for any required research, or scheduling couriers. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are highly desired. A willingness and motivation to seek out new tasks and provide better assistance to the team will be highly valued.
