Our Client, a well established organization, is seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator for a temporary to full-time opportunity. The Customs Clearance Coordinator is responsible for: review documentation and prepare customs release entries for processing; handle and resolve difficult or challenging situations; maintain strong knowledge of Vancouver ports and warehouses; coordinate deliveries as required; enter data in computer systems timely, efficiently, and accurately; Complete files in required time frame and handle phone and in person inquiries. A Customs Clearance Coordinator will have strong technical abilities, including Microsoft Excel skills and proficient with Logistic systems. This position will be based out of YVR and should be a hard-working team player, who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
