Our client, in the nonprofit housing field, is currently looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to join its team in the HR department. This Burnaby-based position will include:
Assisting with payroll processes and data entry
Assisting with benefits processes and data entry
Supporting the department and its staff with any adhoc duties (e.g., scanning, filing, etc.)
Handling basic accounting (e.g., credits&debits) Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative support role or HR support role is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Previous experience using Peoplesoft
