Rocksolid Enterprises Inc. is looking for a Full Time Office Administrator to work Monday to Friday to assist the President, Vice President and Managers.
Applicant must have:
Previous administrative experience
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to work with softwares such as MS Word and Excel
Time management and organizational skills
Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
Strong attention to detail
Reponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Vice President
Producing correspondence, invoices, reports and schedules
Creating agendas and taking minutes
Organizing files and boxes
Creating estimates and quotations
