The Quality Assurance Inspectoris responsible for creating and updating documentation (master files) for the quality assurance team in regards to raw materials, packaging components, finished products and stability in compliance with GMP. In addition, the Documentalist will manage the document storage and updating of databases and communicate internally and externally with other departments and companies


Continuous implementing of Master records production specifications and analytical methods for raw materials, finished products and packaging components;

  • Follow up on quality systems: CCFS, Capas, OOS, deviations, exceptions and complaints;
  • Implementing protocols and stability reports;
  • Updating lists of methods, validations, specifications and protocols stability;
  • Updating lists of raw materials, packaging components and finished products released;
  • Filing of all documents QC / QA – assets and obsolete;
  • Reception of products/Documents and update of follow-up reports;
  • Scanning and saving of Product files in Quality Database;
  • Filing of Product files in Quality Department;
  • Preparing copies of Product Files for Annual Product Quality Review, Validation Department, regulatory affairs and purchasing;
  • Filing of quality documentation.


  • Education: BSc. In Chemistry or equivalent and Good documentation practices
  • Experience in writing Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Regulation folders an asset
  • Specialized Training: Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and general knowledge of safety rules.
  • Administrative Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), good planning and organization skills, critical thinking, leadership, and goal-oriented
  • Interpersonal skills: Firm, diplomatic, reliable, persuasive, consistent, flexible, sensitive, objective, loving teamwork
  • Other: Perfectly bilingual (French and English) oral and written

Required experience:

  • Quality Assurance inspector: 2 years
  • SOP writing in both French and English: 2 years
  • Pharmaceutical experience: 1 year
