A Vaughan construction company is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and scheduling installation and service calls of our home/commercial service products. In addition handling and answering customer inquires.

The right candidate is someone who is comfortable with working independently as well as in a team environment and can be trusted with instilling a strong sense of organization and efficiency within the role.

Further duties required:

-corresponding with technicians and clients by telephone and email

-ensure that installation work orders are processed end-to-end

-plan optimize and support installation and service requests from multiple intake channels while balancing priority and emergency calls.

Candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday a month which will be discussed with the candidate’s supervisor
