Norrizon is currently looking for:
Marketing Consultants
Candidates must be based in the Greater Montreal area or in the Greater Toronto area

Your role: Your role as a Marketing Consultant is to provide Marketing Services to Norrizon and its’ clients based on a variety of mandates from time to time.

Your responsibilities can span across all marketing functions:

• Marketing strategy consulting and coaching;
• Budgeting, forecasting and managing the P&L;
• Marketing plan development and implementation;
• Conduct market analysis;
• Category Management / Shopper Insight development;
• Competitive landscape analysis;
• Brand strategy;
• Product development;
• Pricing analysis;
• Development of promotions tools (merchandising, contests, detail aids);
• Media planning;
• Regulatory assessment.

• You are a seasoned strategic marketer seeking to expand business partners;
• You are an entrepreneur, high energy, creative and resourceful;

• You are outgoing and dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills;
• You are recognized by your peers for your broad marketing expertise.

Y our qualifications:

• Over 10 years of marketing experience in either Healthcare, Pharma, Consumer Package Goods or Beauty industries;
• Proven experience working as a Consultant and dealing with multiple clients;
• University Degree in Marketing, (MBA an asset);
• Bilingual, both oral and written;
• High proficiency in computer literacy: working knowledge of MS Office with extensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Strong understanding of latest social media and digital marketing trends;
• Experience in a sales capacity is preferred;
• Capable of demonstrating testimonials of previous work/services provided;
